Hours, prices and access verified by the Miami Night Tours team — last checked 2026-09-28.
A cruise fills an hour or two. The rest of a Miami evening can cost nothing:
Bayfront Park, open until 11pm with fountain shows through the evening, the Art Deco hotels of Ocean
Drive lit in neon, and the mural streets of Wynwood. Choosing among Miami Night reservation?
Start with what the city does on its own after dark.
Most of what follows sits near the downtown docks or across the bay in South Beach. The hours
below come from each place's own pages, checked 28 September 2026. Where a place publishes no evening hours, we
say so rather than guess.
Bayside Marketplace and Bayfront Park, where the boats leave
Bayside Marketplace: The open-air mall at 401 Biscayne Blvd, open until 10pm Monday to Thursday, 11pm on Friday and Saturday and 9pm on Sunday. Stores and restaurants keep their own hours. It is free to enter, with a paid garage.
Bayfront Park: Next door at 301 Biscayne Blvd: 32 acres on the bay, free, and open daily from 7am to 11pm.
The fountain show: The park's fountain runs a water, light and music show at 7pm, 8pm, 8:30pm and 9:30pm, with a 10:30pm show on Fridays and Saturdays. It is free.
The wheel:Skyviews Miami, an observation wheel over 200 feet tall with 42 climate-controlled gondolas, stands at Bayside. Its own site publishes the hours and prices.
Bayfront Park is a short walk from the Bayside docks, so a 7pm fountain show fits before an
8pm cruise, and the 9:30pm show fits after an early one.
Already heading to Bayside?
Several night cruises and the Big Bus leave from here. See the top picks with their fares and what is paid on the night.
The Art Deco Historic District fills the south end of Miami Beach. It runs from the ocean to
Alton Rd, and from Sixth Street north to the Collins Canal and Dade Blvd. It became a U.S.
historic district on 14 May 1979, and it holds about 960 historic buildings. The hotels on Ocean
Drive, from 5th to 15th Streets, face the beach across Lummus Park.
At night the hotel fronts are lit in neon, and the street is the evening in itself. Mango's
Tropical Cafe is at 900 Ocean Dr, with the salsa room upstairs. Big Bus drives Ocean Drive on its
8pm night tour but does not stop there.

Wynwood's walls and bars
The Wynwood Walls museum, at 2516 NW 2nd Ave, is where the district's mural scene began in
2009. More than 130 artists from 30 countries have painted there. It is a ticketed open-air
museum, open daily from 10:30am to 6:30pm, so it is closed by the time it gets dark.
The murals on the streets around it stay on show. That is what the Wynwood pedal pub rides
past, with two bar stops on the way. The panoramic bus also lists a stop at the Wynwood Walls;
if yours reaches Wynwood after the museum closes, you see the walls from outside.
Brickell and the Miami River
Brickell is the tower district south of the river, and the river runs out to the bay between
it and downtown. It is at its best from the water after dark.
By kayak: the LED kayak launches from lot 17 under I-95 and paddles down
the river through downtown towards the bay.
By private boat: the boat spends 10 to 15 minutes in the river's no-wake
zone before it reaches the bay.
From the bay: Aqua Party Boat's sunset boat runs past the Brickell skyline
as the lights come on.
By bus: the Big Bus night tour passes Brickell City Centre before it heads
back to Bayside.

A sunset without a boat
In Miami the sun sets behind the city, not over the sea. From the downtown waterfront you face
east, so you watch the bay go dark and the towers light up behind you.
Bayfront Park: free until 11pm, with the first fountain show at 7pm.
The observation wheel at Bayside: the gondolas lift you above the waterfront
for the skyline at dusk. Check its hours on its own site.
The MacArthur Causeway: the van tour stops here for about 10 minutes for
the skyline, then heads back.
The time: sunset runs from 5:29pm to 8:16pm through the year. The month you
need is on the dark times page.
Before and after a cruise near the docks
You have half an hour to fill before boarding at Bayside, and you will want somewhere to go
after. Here is what is within a short walk.
Before you board: Walk Bayfront Park, or catch the 7pm fountain show. Miami Aqua Tours asks you to check in 30 minutes early, at Landshark Bar & Grill by the Ferris wheel.
After you land: Bayside stays open until 10pm or 11pm on most nights, and the 9:30pm fountain show plays until the fountain turns off at 10pm, or 11pm at the weekend.
From Venetian Marina: The marina is on N Bayshore Dr, north of Bayside. Allow a ride-share to go on anywhere.

Where these facts come from
Hours come from each place's own site, checked 28 September 2026: the mall's visitor page, the park trust's
pages and the Wynwood museum's page. The district's dates and bounds are from Wikipedia. What
each tour passes is from its own listing, captured on 27 September 2026.
A party bike with electric assist through Wynwood's mural streets: the guide drives and you pedal, with music, a cooler for your own drinks and stops at bars. For 21 and over.
Two hours on Biscayne Bay from N Bayshore Drive, with a live host telling documented stories from Miami's past, then music on the way back. A drink and bites are in the fare.
A downtown rooftop pre-party from 10:30pm with selected drinks, then priority entry to that night's club. You make your own way there, and it is for 21 and over.
